That is a great article, but not sure if China will do anything. Maybe EU and other international financial institutions such as world bank, etc. will help these countries at the end of the days..

there is no current evidence that surrogate human coronaviruses are present in surface or ground water sources or transmitted through contaminated drinking-water. But everything is possible, so we still need more research to come to the truth/
